The proposal to rebrand Nashville International Airport as “Dolly Parton International” is gaining momentum, bolstered by a Change.org petition that has garnered nearly 175,000 signatures. While state officials and the Parton family express support, airport authorities must first navigate legal regulations regarding naming rights, as Parton passed away just weeks ago on August 25 at the age of 80.
