Kane Brown and Jelly Roll have just been revealed as the first headliners for NEW YEAR’S EVE LIVE: NASHVILLE’S BIG BASH.

The country superstars will perform live from Nashville’s Bicentennial Capitol Mall State Park on Tuesday, December 31. Additional artists will be announced in the coming weeks.
The star-studded, five-hour broadcast will air on CBS (8:00-10:00 PM, ET/PT, 10:30 PM-1:30 PM, ET/PT) and will also stream via Paramount+ (live and on-demand for Paramount+ with SHOWTIME subscribers, or on-demand for Paramount+ Essential subscribers the day after the special airs).
NEW YEAR’S EVE LIVE: NASHVILLE’S BIG BASH returns after a star-studded celebration ringing in 2024, which reigned as the highest-rated country music program of 2023. Last year’s event showcased main stage performances by Thomas Rhett, Elle King, Lynyrd Skynyrd, and Lainey Wilson. Additional acts included Trace Adkins, Grace Bowers, Kane Brown, Jackson Dean, Old Dominion, HARDY, Cody Johnson, Parker McCollum, Megan Moroney, Brothers Osborne, Jon Pardi, Carly Pearce, Blake Shelton, Trombone Shorty, Morgan Wallen, and Bailey Zimmerman. Dustin Lynch also performed live from Times Square in New York City.
Event officials and the Metro Nashville Police Department reported that a record-breaking crowd of approximately 215,000 celebrated the new year at Bicentennial Capitol Mall State Park last year. The year before that, an estimated 210,000 fans flocked to the event.

Nashville’s unique New Year’s Eve event features a giant music note, which drops at midnight. The main stage performances at Bicentennial Capitol Mall State Park are free and open to the public.

NEW YEAR’S EVE LIVE: NASHVILLE’S BIG BASH is executive produced by Robert Deaton and Mary Hilliard Harrington in collaboration with Music City Inc., the foundation of the Nashville Convention & Visitors Corp. The special will be directed by Sandra Restrepo.
