Priscilla Presley Shares Tender Tribute To Elvis On What Would Have Been His 91st Birthday
Priscilla Presley Reflects On Elvis’ Birthday, “It’s Hard To Believe You Would Be 91 Today”
As the world remembers Elvis on what would have been his 91st birthday, Priscilla Presley is reflecting on the love they once shared.
Elvis Aaron Presley was born on January 8, 1935, in Tupelo, Mississippi, to his parents, Vernon and Gladys Presley. Elvis had a twin brother, Jesse, who was stillborn.
Through his career as a singer and actor, Elvis became one of the most iconic figures in the world. Sadly, he died on August 16, 1977, at the age of 44.
Elvis was only married once, to Priscilla Beaulieu. They wed in 1967 and divorced in 1973. They shared one child, a daughter named Lisa Marie, who passed away in 2023 at the age of 54.

Although she and Elvis divorced, Priscilla made it her mission to maintain his legacy and his Graceland estate in Memphis, Tennessee. She continues to speak about their relationship, and often shares photos and memories from their years together.
Priscilla Presley posted a tender tribute to Elvis on January 8, 2026, which would have been his 91st birthday. She paired her message with an affectionate picture of her and Elvis sharing a kiss.
“It’s hard to believe you would be 91 today—surely just as handsome as ever. No one could ever truly understand the depth of what we shared. Our love never faded, even through the difficult times. Each year, I celebrate your birthday quietly in my heart, knowing you are surrounded by the family you loved so deeply. Happy birthday, Elvis. —P.“
