Two sisters just stunned the world with their in-sync performance of Carrie Underwood‘s “Cry Pretty” ballad. From the moment they stepped foot on the stage, it was no question that their talent was unmatched.
World of Dance
NBC’s World of Dance is a reality competition focused on dance performers including both solo acts and groups. Contestants are not limited to any style of dance as their creativity can flow freely throughout the competition. Since the first season, the judges have consisted of former Dancing With The Stars winner, Derek Hough, megastar Jennifer Lopez, and R&B singer, Ne-Yo.
Season three of the series kicked off on Feb. 26 with talent ranging from several different age groups. While all the dancers brought something unique to the floor, two sisters really blew the judges and audience away with their performance.
Ellie and Ava took the stage in matching blue dresses with braided back hairstyles. From the very first note, the sisters were in inseparable harmony – depending on each other for every step. From the turns to the jumps, they were perfectly in sync during the entire performance.
Their routine was so jaw-dropping, Hough even gave them a standing ovation cheering them on in awe. When it came down to judging time, the entire panel couldn’t help but gush just how in sync these sisters were. Lopez explained,
“There’s something really interesting and beautiful here.”
Even more inspiring – Carrie Underwood herself reposted Ellie and Ava’s incredible routine to her Instagram! If you get Underwood’s approval, you must be doing something right.
