He followed up that show in Erie, Pennsylvania, Utica, New York, and Elmira, New York. Unfortunately, the sickness that has been going around has caught up with the “Five More Minutes” singer and he has to postpone two shows. He shared the news on his Instagram Stories.

“Unfortunately the Scotty McCreery shows at Ruth Eckard Hall in Clearwater, FL tonight (Feb 20) and Pompano Beach Amphitheater in Pompano Beach, FL tomorrow (Feb 21) are being postponed due to Scotty being ill,” the statement read. “We are working quickly to try to reschedule these shows and will announce new dates as soon as possible.”

His Live Shows Are In Support Of His 2024 Album Rise & Fall

Rise & Fall was released in May 2024 to positive reviews from critics and fans alike. Listeners loved that his new music had a lot of 90s country influence.

The first single off the album, “Cab In A Solo,” was released in August 2023 and it hit #1 in May 2024, just before the album was released.

The album also includes the songs “Porch,” “Red Letter Blueprint,” “Love Like This,” “Little More Gone,” and more.

We hope Scotty feels better soon! If you have tickets to these postponed shows, keep an eye out for the announcement for rescheduled dates.

Watch McCreery perform his song “Carolina To Me” at the benefit for North Carolina hurricane victims.
