Miranda Lambert Once Again Halts Show To Call Out Concertgoers, “It’s Always The Girls”
Back in July of last year, during her Velvet Rodeo Las Vegas Residency, Miranda Lambert sparked controversy when she halted her performance of the 2016 hit “Tin Man” to address a group of five women who were taking photos instead of listening to the song.
“I’m gonna stop right here for a second, I’m sorry. These girls are worried about their selfie and not listening to the song. It’s pissing me off a little bit,” Miranda said. “I don’t like it. At all. We’re here to hear some country music tonight. I’m singing some country d*** music.”
‘I don’t like it – at all. We’re here to hear some country music, and I’m singing some country damn music!’

This incident ignited a huge online debate with mixed reactions. Some criticized Lambert for embarrassing fans who had paid to see her, while others supported her stance, saying the fans should have been more present in the moment.
Well, Miranda Lambert has once again called out a group of concertgoers during a performance.
During her show at The Big Sky Festival in Whitefish, Montana, on July 13, Miranda Lambert addressed the crowd before starting her performance, appearing visibly annoyed from the beginning in a fan-captured video.
“When it’s dark up here, I can see your head is not turned the right way, which is this way,” Lambert remarked, pointing to herself on stage. “So, if you came to visit, you can do it somewhere else,” she continued.
“If you came to sing and hear some country music and drink some beer… then we’re doing that tonight. Are we clear?” she asked the audience.
Lambert then shifted her focus to a specific group in the crowd who were apparently fighting. Glancing over at them, she pointed and asked, “Are we done with our drama yet?”
“And it’s always the girls,” Lambert told the crowd with a laugh. “We get crazy.”
She then told the crowd she was going to wait it out, saying, “This seems like a good time for a drink, y’all!”
