Luke Bryan Responds To Fan Who Hit Him In The Face During Recent Concert, “One Person Took It Too Far”
Luke Bryan Is Speaking Out Against A Concertgoer Who Threw An Object At Him During A Recent Show
Luke Bryan is making it clear that throwing things at performers during a show is never okay.
During a concert held in North Dakota, Luke Bryan was performing his hit song “Country Girl (Shake It For Me)” when someone in the crowd threw an item that hit him directly in the face.
The moment was captured by several fans on video. Bryan was visibly irritated by what had happened.
He did manage to stay professional, keeping his composure, and continued performing without barely missing a beat.

Bryan never called out the person responsible or tried to identify them during the show. However, in a recent interview with Taste of Country, he addressed the incident publicly for the first time.
“It’s the last song of the night. It was a big ole fun party, and I think one person just took it too far,” Bryan said.
The “Play It Again” singer also pointed out that, unfortunately, this kind of behavior has become a common issue for artists during live performances.
“We see it. Every other entertainer out there is getting stuff — you get stuff thrown at ya … you hope that you can see who did it,” he adds.
And even though Bryan seemed to brush it off quickly in the moment, he admitted that if he had seen who threw the object, he likely would have confronted them.
“I mean, if I saw him throw it, I could have gone right to him,” he said. “I probably would have jumped right off in there.”
But Bryan has been in the entertainment business for a long time, and he knows that if he were to do that in the middle of a show, it would only escalate the situation and take away from the performance.
“If I jump off in there…there were a lot of little kids down there. At that point, if I’d even stopped it and pointed somebody out, it kills the vibe of the show.”
Luke Bryan is just one of many country stars who have dealt with fans throwing things at them during shows.
Just in the same week, Morgan Wallen had a similar experience.
At a recent concert, a fan threw a cowboy hat at him while he was signing autographs for people in the crowd, hitting him in the head.
Luke Bryan is currently out on the road for his Country Song Came On Tour. He has scheduled stops running through mid-September.
