Luke Bryan Responds To Fan Who Hit Him In The Face During Recent Concert, “One Person Took It Too Far”
One Fan Took It Too Far During His Performance
Country superstar Luke Bryan is speaking out after a fan threw an object at him during a live show in North Dakota. The incident occurred while he was performing his hit, “Country Girl (Shake It For Me).”
The object hit Bryan in the face, leaving him visibly annoyed. Despite the surprise, he stayed professional and continued singing, barely missing a beat.
The Incident Was Caught on Camera
Several fans captured the moment on video. Though visibly frustrated, Bryan chose not to stop the show or call out the person responsible.
“It’s the last song of the night. It was a big ole fun party, and I think one person just took it too far,” Bryan said.
A Growing Problem at Live Concerts
Luke Bryan isn’t the only artist dealing with this kind of behavior. He noted that more performers are having objects thrown at them during shows.
“Every other entertainer out there is getting stuff — you get stuff thrown at ya … you hope that you can see who did it,” he added.
While Bryan kept his cool on stage, he admitted that he would have reacted differently if he had seen the culprit.
“I mean, if I saw him throw it, I could have gone right to him. I probably would have jumped right off in there.”
Prioritizing Safety and the Audience Experience
Although he was tempted to respond, Bryan explained why he chose not to escalate the situation.
“There were a lot of little kids down there. At that point, if I’d even stopped it and pointed somebody out, it kills the vibe of the show.”
This shows his commitment to creating a safe and fun concert experience for everyone, especially young fans.
Other Artists Are Facing the Same Issues
In the same week, fellow country star Morgan Wallen was also hit by an item at a concert. A fan threw a cowboy hat at him while he signed autographs, striking him in the head.
Bryan’s Tour Continues Despite Incident
Luke Bryan is currently on the road for his Country On Came On Tour, with scheduled performances through mid-September. The recent incident hasn’t slowed him down, and fans can still catch him live in cities across the U.S.
