Jason & Brittany Aldean Sing “Drink A Beer” In Honor Of Charlie Kirk
Jason and Brittany Aldean Attended Charlie Kirk’s Memorial Service On Sunday, Sept. 21
Jason and Brittany Aldean were among the thousands of people who attended Charlie Kirk’s Memorial Service on Saturday (Sept. 21) at State Farm Stadium in Glendale, Arizona. The stadium’s official capacity is 70,000, but reports stated that there was additional standing room and additional seating. Overflow viewing was also provided at nearby Desert Diamond Arena.
The Aldeans were spotted taking photos with fans as they made their way to their seats.

Following the memorial, Brittany revealed on social media that she is “forever changed.”
“I expected to go in there and cry hysterically the whole time,” she said, but said she left moved and inspired to “live like Charlie.”

“His legacy was so large, and he had a different purpose in life — it was just so good to hear people say that. There was just a different plan that was greater for him, that God knew,” she said. “I knew he had impacted a ton of people, but this does just feel different, his death does. Everyone said at the service: [It’s] a revival. It’s putting so many people in touch with their faith and making a difference in so many lives.”
The Couple Performed An Emotional Song & Dedicated It To Charlie
Two days after the memorial service, the couple shared a video on social media of them singing Luke Bryan’s “Drink A Beer” from their home. The emotional song is a beautiful tribute to those who have passed away.
The black and white video began with Jason siting on the counter and strumming his guitar. He performed the first verse, while Brittany joined him in the chorus. Brittany took over on the bridge, where she passionately sang, “So long, my friend, until we meet again.”
While some people were shocked to find out she has a beautiful singing voice, some might remember when she actually pursued a singing career when she auditioned for Season 11 of American Idol prior to meeting her country-singing husband.
