Carrie Underwood kicked off her highly-anticipated 43-city Denim & Rhinestones Tour, which features special guest Jimmie Allen, on Saturday (Oct. 15) with a sold-out concert at Bon Secours Wellness Arena in Greenville, South Carolina.
