Gwen Stefani Calls Blake Shelton Her “Everything” In Sweet Birthday Tribute
Blake Shelton celebrated his 48th birthday on June 18.
Many birthdays were posted on social media, but none were more important than the post from his wife, Gwen Stefani.
Gwen and Blake were married on July 3, 2021.
Their wedding was a full-circle moment thanks to Carson Daly officiating the ceremony. Carson Daly is the longtime host of The Voice, the show where the couple met and eventually fell in love.

When they met in 2014 for Season 7, they were both married to other people—Stefani to Gavin Rossdale and Blake Shelton to Miranda Lambert. During Season 9 in 2015, they both went through public divorces and leaned on each other for support. That blossomed into a relationship that has turned into one of the public’s favorite yet unexpected couples.
Blake Turns 48!
It seems Shelton went all out for his birthday, thanks to his lovely wife. While we don’t know the details of what they did to celebrate, Shelton was grateful to have finally found their hotel room, so you know a good time was had!
Stefani created a video montage to pay tribute to her husband, writing, “happy bday to the greatest, Blake Shelton. u are my everything!!”
The video included footage of Shelton foraging for mushrooms, dancing together, acting lovey-dovey, and some of their greatest moments as a couple—playing the Opry together, performing on stage, and attending both their Hollywood Walk of Fame ceremonies and with her children.
The video was set to the tune of their latest duet “Purple Irises,” which they recently performed at the ACM Awards.
