Especially this year, we could also use a little more holiday comfort in our lives. Besides maybe the smell of freshly baked sugar cookies and falling asleep to the warm glow of the Christmas tree, I can’t think of anything more comforting than watching Carrie Underwood sing Christmas songs. (Oh, but by the way, you can totally do all three, maybe even in the same night!)
Cracker Barrel announced this week that it would be putting on a special holiday feature called Cracker Barrel Sounds of the Season. The event will feature Carrie Underwood performing songs from her Christmas album, My Gift, and will also include collaborations with fellow country stars Maddie & Tae and Runaway June.
The special will also feature conversations, holiday games, and the country stars discussing their favorite holiday traditions and how they will make this season special, despite its challenges. You can see a quick sneak peek of it above. It looks like a party we all wish we could attend…I mean come on there are country superstars and Cracker Barrel corn muffins involved!! Pass me my weighted blanket, a mug of hot cocoa, and some cookies and I am in holiday heaven.
The special will debut on Cracker Barrel’s YouTube and Facebook pages on Wednesday, December 16 at 8 p.m. ET. The best part is if you happen to miss it or you just simply want to watch it again, it will continue to be available throughout the holiday season.
