Carrie Underwood

Clint Black is one proud father.

The country star welcomed his 19-year-old daughter, Lily, to the stage of the Grand Ole Opry on Saturday (Oct. 31) to make her Opry debut.

“I’ve got something very special for this next song,” the longtime Opry member teased. “We got a second-year music student from Belmont University who is going to make her Opry debut tonight. She’s going to get to find out what we already know that you guys are the most fantastic audience in the world right here at the Opry House.”

Without further ado, he introduced his girl saying, “Help me welcome her out, it’s my daughter, Lily Black!”

Lily explained that she chose to sing one of her favorite Carrie Underwood songs for the occasion and went on to perform “Temporary Home” accompanied by her father on guitar.
