It seems Carrie Underwood has given in to the new mom hair temptation and cut her blonde mane by several inches. Of course the “Smoke Break” singer looks fantastic, it’s pretty much impossible for her not to.
Underwood posted the above photo of her new look at a recent performance at the Grand Ole Opry on Tuesday. Hair stylist and make up artist Melissa Schleicher posted the same photo, saying, “Gave @carrieunderwood fresh new cut !!!”
Is coming down to a close, we are sure Underwood is reflecting on what an amazing year it was for her. She became a new mom back in February, released a #1 album (Storyteller), hosted another successful CMA Awards with Brad Paisley, and earlier this week snagged a Grammy nomination for Best Country Solo Performance for “Little Toy Guns.”

While life has changed dramaticaly since having baby Isaiah, Underwood is keeping to her old routines that have kept her in shape and ready to take on being one of the world’s top female country music singers. Even if she has to incorporate her little boy sometimes, as seen in the video below:
