The single-day Boots in the Park country music festival will return to Waterfront Park in San Diego with headliner Carrie Underwood on April 1.
With songs like “Before He Cheats,” “Cry Pretty” and “Jesus, Take the Wheel,” the veteran country star will undoubtedly deliver a hit-filled headlining set and she’ll be supported by Walker Hayes, Jimmie Allen, Ingrid Andress and Tyler Rich. The festival also includes plenty of craft beer, cocktails, wine, barbecue and other on-site food options.
General admission passes start at $99 and VIP admission starts at $349. Tickets go on sale Monday, Dec. 12 at BootsinthePark.com. This event is for those 21-and-older only.
Boots in the Park also takes place annually at SilverLakes in Norco and has featured performances by Tim McGraw, Blake Shelton, Jon Pardi, Chris Young and more. Acts like Old Dominion, Brett Young and Dustin Lynch have headlined the San Diego edition of the festival in previous years.
Back in April, Underwood headlined day two of the Stagecoach Country Music Festival at the Empire Polo Club in Indio and brought out surprise guest Guns N’ Roses vocalist Axl Rose for a few songs. Underwood is also performing at Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles with Jimmie Allen on March 13. There are still tickets available starting at $39.50 at AXS.com. She’s also continuing her Reflection: The Las Vegas Residency at Resorts World Theatre in 2023 with select dates scheduled throughout the summer, fall and winter months.
