Carrie Underwood Unimpressed With Cowboy Hat On Matching Date Night With Husband

Carrie Underwood didn’t appear too impressed with her cowboy hat as she and 2010-married husband Mike Fisher headed out for a very country “date night” this weekend. The 37-year-old singer, clothing designer, and “Find Your Path” author uploaded a quick Instagram story from her vehicle as she and Mike headed out – while the twinning plaid shirt and hats look was a winner, Carrie seemed to think her hat was old.

Carrie, looking dazzling in a pink, button-down shirt, kept her caption short, but to-the-point. Check it out below.

It Ain’t Date Night Unless It’s Matching

Scroll for the photo. It comes as the “Southbound” singer and her former ice hockey player husband made headlines for keeping it very country during a Wyoming fishing trip where Carrie totally outdid her man and snagged herself a way bigger fish – Mike said that the CALIA by Carrie founder outdoing him is the “only thing” he doesn’t like about fishing.

Carrie’s weekend photo showed her and Mike smiling in selfie mode from their car, with Mike in a denim shirt and Carrie going girly in pink.

Scroll for more photos. The snap, also showing the 2005 “American Idol” winner in a snakeskin-effect cowboy hat with a bead trim, saw Carrie matching her hunky husband as he wore a brownish cowboy hat, plus shades.

Carrie, made up with a pink lip and stud earrings, wrote: “Date night. #INeedANewHat.”

Carrie and Mike are also fresh from celebrating their 10th wedding anniversary. The couple is parents to 5-year-old Isaiaha and 1-year-old Jacob. Mike has been in the news of late for being the “handsome” new trainer “in town” – who’s set to help the star earn big bucks.
