Carrie Underwood’s muscle machine of a body is back on the ‘Gram. The 37-year-old country singer, clothing designer, and “Find Your Path” author appeared in a new promo photo for her Fit52 app this week – the handy software accompanying the blonde’s March 3-released diet and exercise book has already seen early downloaders addicted.
The three-part update also offering advice on core training also showed off the “American Idol” winner’s rock-hard post-baby body – Carrie welcomed second son Jacob in January 2019.
Sheer Strength Showcases Best-Selling Merch Line
The photo (seen below) showed Carrie photographed in a living room and on a dark yoga mat as she delivered the perfect plank. The “Cry Pretty” singer had her shoulders and hips square as she worked her upper body and core, seen flaunting her ripped frame in a stylish, powder-blue pair of leggings and skimpy matching tank from her 2015-founded Calia by Carrie athleisurewear range.
The focus was steady as Carrie looked downwards, with the star also sporting stark-white sneakers, plus a simple ponytail.

“You could say that core strength is at the core of it all. 💪🏻 Building your core strength will pay off—and yes, you can do it! Swipe right to read more about how to start with the core on your path to fitness. #fit52life,” it read.
Comments did see users beg for the app to be available on Android – right now, it’s Apple only – although remarks quickly came in over Carrie herself.
“Carrie looking fabulous,” one user wrote.
Slammed For Promoting Merch Amid Global Pandemic
Carrie has mostly made positive headlines amid COVID-19. Her ACM “Our Country Presents” feature came complete with a home-delivered rendition of latest track “Drinking Alone” – while the bombshell video blew Instagram away, a photo of Carrie “staying productive” while promoting her brand’s PowerSculpt leggings generated backlash, as The Blast has documented.
“This should say ‘being productive by making money advertising on Instagram during quarantine, while all you try to figure out how to afford your bills,'” the fan had sarcastically written – the comment received likes, though.
