Carrie Underwood Shows Off Jaw-Dropping Workout Body In Tight Spandex For Coronavirus Message

Carrie Underwood

If anything is an incentive to turn coronavirus home time into workout time, it’s photos of Carrie Underwood doing just this. The 37-year-old country singer and “Find Your Path” author has been helping people find their own path since the March 3 release of her book – its accompanying Fit52 app has already proven addictive amid early downloaders.

Carrie has appeared in a new photo posted to the Fit52 app’s Instagram. It showed the “Cry Pretty” singer in workout mode, although its caption very much acknowledged COVID-19.

If Workout Goals Are Something, This Is It

The photo showed Carrie in her element. The “American Idol” winner was in a home setting and stretching on a yoga mat, showing off both her zen vibe and her killer post-baby body – Carrie welcomed 1-year-old son Jacob in January 2019, being a mom of two.

Carrie was rocking pastel blue workout gear from her 2015-founded Calia by Carrie athleisurewear line, with a tight spandex pair of leggings matching a tank top flaunting the blonde’s ripped arms and gym-honed shoulders. Those steely-strong legs were also on show as the singer stretched forward towards her toes.

Caption Mentions ‘Times Like These’

A caption mentioned both Carrie herself and, without naming it, the coronavirus that’s now confirmed in all 50 U.S. states, also having claimed over 9,800 lives worldwide.

“For @carrieunderwood, working out is self-care. In times like these, we all need a chance to take a break and breathe. Who’s fitting in 30 minutes of “me time” today? #fit52,” it read.

The update has been racking up likes, although most reflective of the app’s popularity has been the 25,000+ Instagram followers the account has gained since its launch at the beginning of the month.

800 Calories A Day On ‘American Idol’

The run-up to Carrie’s book release saw her profiled by Women’s Health. While the interview saw Carrie mention kicking her day off with healthy egg-white or tofu scrambles, Ezekiel bread, berries, and coffee, it likewise saw the star admit to dropping her calories to just 800 per day following her 2005 “American Idol” win.

Carrie let her “haters” become her “enablers” as she confessed reacting to an online message board comment reading: “Carrie’s getting fat.” The star began checking food labels, logging her elliptical time, and reducing her calories to less than half the recommended daily intake for a woman.

Carrie’s book is now a New York Times Best-Seller.
