Carrie Underwood’s jaw-dropping workout body isn’t just for looking at. The 36-year-old singer is now a full-blown fitness sensation on account of her new “Find Your Path” book helping others – the diet, exercise, and lifestyle book also comes complete with the Fit52 app that people are already claiming to be hooked on.
Carrie updated her Instagram on Monday with a quick video to remind fans that her book is up for grabs. While the footage opened with the “Cry Pretty” singer speaking into the camera, it didn’t take long to see the blonde sweating it out in the gym.
Muscle, Muscle, Muscle
The video (which you can see below) kicked off with Carrie cheerfully greeting fans from her home – that smile hasn’t gone anywhere. The mom of two was looking stunning in a sleeveless pink top as she announced:
“Hi, it’s Carrie Underwood, and I am so excited about my brand new lifestlye book ‘Find Your Path.’ We’ve got some great advice,” she continued, then adding how the book is designed to help readers achieve healthy living.
Then came the workout, with the videos showing two looks.
Pumping Iron, And The Video Wasn’t Showing 5LB Ones
The workout parts of the video showed Carrie in her element. The “American Idol” winner was seen working her legs in semi squats as she held heavy-looking dumbbells, also rocking a stylish gym wardrobe as she trained. The star wore a skin-tight pair of light gray leggings in spandex, with purple accents matching a simple tank top showing off her sculpted shoulders.
Further parts of the video showed Carrie lifting herself up in a yoga-like pose on her stomach, then squatting in a black outfit with matching sneakers.
