Carrie Underwood and husband Mike Fisher’s baby boy, Isaiah, had the sweetest fifth birthday!
On Friday (February 28), the “Cry Pretty” songbird and her hubby pulled out all the stops for their little man’s big day, surprising the youngster with a fun-filled trip to the trampoline park DEFY Nashville. Telling by the snapshots from the celebration, it looks like Isaiah had the time of his life.
Underwood gave fans a glimpse at the 5-year-old’s special day by sharing several snapshots from the birthday bash, including a few of Isaiah’s awesome Scooby Doo-themed cake and others of the birthday boy bouncing with his dad.
“Just wanted to thank [Ivey Cake Store] and [DEFY Nashville] for making Isaiah’s birthday celebration extra special!” Underwood captioned the photo gallery on Instagram. “The cake was beyond amazing and all the kiddos left full and tired out! Tonight, when Isaiah was saying his prayers he thanked God for all of his friends and for the wonderful day he had…that made it all worth it!”
In a previous post, Underwood shared a heartfelt tribute to to Isaiah along with a touching black-and-white picture of her cradling him as an infant.
“Where did these last five years go? It’s so bittersweet watching your children grow up. You want them to stay little and chubby and cuddly forever but it’s also so much fun seeing them turn into little people!” the Grammy-winning artist wrote. “Isaiah, you are funny and smart and such a caring little boy! … The day I became your mother was the day my life changed forever. You are five today but you will always be my baby boy…no matter how old you get.”
Isaiah wasn’t the only one who recently celebrated a birthday in the couple’s household. As fans know, Underwood and Fisher’s younger son, Jacob, had his first birthday on January 21.
