American country singer Carrie Underwood recently warmed the hearts of her millions of fans with a sweet birthday post dedicated to her second son, Jacob, on his birthday.
Singer-songwriter Carrie Underwood recently had plenty of reasons to be thankful. On January 21, the music superstar took to Instagram with a dedicated post for her youngest son Jacob on his second birthday. Her tribute began:
“Jacob, we longed for you. We prayed for you. We walked a long, hard road in order to one day hold you. Today you are two. You are silly and strong.”
Continuing her sweet caption about her precious son, Underwood gushed about how little Jacob loves to play and sing and added that he likes to follow his big 5-year-old brother, Isaiah, around.
Underwood concluded her sweet message by writing that Jacob is loved and cherished. She described him as an incredible blessing from God and wished him a Happy Birthday.
The heartfelt caption accompanied the most heartwarming photo of Jacob when he was an infant. The then-newborn looked adorable and cute as he snoozed in his baby blanket and beanie.
Underwood’s fans and followers were more than delighted to join her in celebrating her second baby’s new age. The comments were flooded with well wishes and sweet words for little Jacob.

In 2020, when Jacob celebrated his first birthday, she also penned a perfect tribute in honor of the sweet boy. She posted a gallery of photos of the birthday boy having a blast, stuffing himself full with cake. She wrote:
“Happy birthday, Jacob! How are you already 1 year old? You are smiley, crazy, smart, soooo fast and into everything!”
Even then, at just one, the little golden-haired toddler was as cute as a button. Jacob also got a flood of kind wishes in the comments section of his superstar mom’s post for him.
