Carrie Underwood is straight-up kicking butt during coronavirus lock-down. The 37-year-old singer, clothing designer, and “Find Your Path” author is no stranger to sharing her insane post-baby body on social media – with most footage showing the blonde professionally photographed and solo, though, her Monday Instagram update bucked the trend.
A home video of Carrie and husband Mike Fisher sweating it out in their garage-set home gym was posted earlier today. It was couples goals, workout goals, and a neat way for Carrie to promote the Fit52 app that accompanies her book.
Couples Who Sweat Together Stay Together
Carrie’s video (seen below) showed sped-up footage of the “Cry Pretty” singer and her NHL player husband Mike. Both were in full power mode, seen busting out everything from squats and weight reps to planks – Carrie had picked some appropriately-pumped music from Mötley Crüe to accompany the video, even giving the band a shout-out in her caption.
2010-married Mike kept it casual in shorts, a dark tee, and a baseball cap, while his mogul of a wife showed off her killer body in black-and-white leggings, a simple tank, and sneakers.
