Carrie Underwood’s world-famous pins are back on the ‘Gram – the “Cry Pretty” singer wasn’t solo, though. Carrie took to the platform this weekend in fitness mode and with her dog Zero. Her photos come ahead of the March 3 release of her much-anticipated book “Find Your Path: Honor Your Body, Fuel Your Soul, and Get Strong with the fit52 Life.”
Proving every inch the outdoorsy and energetic type, Carrie hit the road for a run. While the photography was clearly promo-style, the camera hadn’t held back on taking in the 36-year-old’s sensational legs.
One Blonde, Her Dog, And A Whole Load Of Muscle
Carrie’s post opened with the road-set snap of her running solo and with her dog. The country singer was in a scenic setting – greenery was visible in the background – with Carrie herself contrasting the blue-and-white sky and shrubbery via a colorful wardrobe from her popular Calia by Carrie athleisurewear line.
Carrie was flaunting her steely-strong and super-toned legs in a tiny pair of pink shorts, also rocking a black zip-up jacket showing hints of a white top underneath. Braided and tied-back hair, plus sneakers completed the look.

Carrie’s caption embraced her balanced attitude – one size doesn’t fit all from her point of view. The star also mentioned The Fit52 concept that accompanies her book – March 2 will see the star launch the Fit52 app ahead of the book release.
“One of the big takeaways of Carrie’s new book FIND YOUR PATH is that the deck is stacked in your favor! There is no one way to be fit, no one diet to follow, no one place to exercise. The Fit52 philosophy is a year-round common-sense approach to health and fitness that involves doing your best most of the time during every week, 52 weeks of the year. -TeamCU #FindYourPath,” she wrote.
Anyone swiping to the right also saw a positive quote from the “American Idol” winner, a pack of cards with an explanation that 52 cards represent 52 weeks in a year, plus an indoor snap of Carrie chopping a yellow pepper.
As to the fan response, it was clear. Carrie’s followers were keen to get their hands on the book and pumped overall to see her.
“When is the book out?” one asked.
“Thank you so much for being so inspirational & encouraging everyone to take better care of themselves! 💕💕💕,” another said.
Admitted Her Workouts Can Easily Get Boring
Carrie was recently profiled by In Style ahead of her book release, with the feature seeing the singer admit that her workout philosophies include variety.
“I have to switch up my workout routine often or else I get really bored, so I base it around what I naturally feel like doing during that time of year,” she stated, also adding:
“In the winter, when I just want to cozy up inside and eat carbs, I do mainly indoor exercises like weight lifting. Then, when the weather turns warm and I’m more motivated to get outside and be active, I shift to cardio. My philosophy is to build muscle while you’re covered up in the cold months so you can show it off once spring arrives.”
