All Three Members of Texas Rodeo Family Confirmed Dead in Hill Country Flood

All three members of a beloved Texas rodeo family are now confirmed dead in the Hill Country flooding devastation, a relative confirmed.

The body of Shiloh Wilson, the son, was finally recovered, and while his family is devastated, they are relieved Shiloh and his parents will be laid to rest together – giving them a sense of closure.

“The Wilson3 are back together. Praise God for this miracle, as there are still a 150+ people still missing, we have all three,” wrote J.D. Ledford in a social media post.

“Thank you to all the first responders, and volunteers for everything you are doing. You’ll never know how much this means to us. God Bless You and Stay Safe.”

The father, Jeff Wilson, a beloved Humble ISD teacher and rodeo dad, was the first member of the family whose body was recovered after devastating flooding in the Hill Country. Days later, crews recovered the body of his wife, Amber.
