Kane Brown Shares Passionate Message After Charlie Kirk’s Death

Charlie Kirk Was Shot & Killed On Wednesday (September 10)

While speaking at an event at Utah Valley College on Wednesday (September 10), political commentator Charlie Kirk, 31, was shot in the neck.

Kirk was on campus, respectfully debating students who had opposing views at his iconic “Prove Me Wrong” table, which he did at many college campuses. He had recently kicked off his American Comeback Tour and had dates scheduled at nine different universities.

He later died at a Utah hospital, leaving behind a wife and two young children.

Kane Brown Posted An Impassioned Message On Social Media

Kane Brown was one of the many country singers who took to social media to express their anger and sadness following Kirk’s death.

Brown posted a video, where he addressed the events that occurred on September 10. In the video, he said:

“I’m getting mad man. Because I don’t know what to say. I am very uneducated on this stuff. At the end of the day, dude, all I want is everybody to love each other. That’s really all I want. Left side, right side, Black, White, different language speaking, different country living, just love each other. If you see somebody down, please pick ‘em up.”

The “Backseat Driver” singer continued, “I’ve been crying for two hours. Now I’m just getting mad. I’m getting back because something’s telling me I have to post this video. I don’t talk about this shit. I don’t do politics. That’s not for me. I just want y’all to love each other. It’s really not that hard.”

He also said that he understands that people say “messed up stuff” on the Internet, but he urged his followers to “just love each other.”

Brown pleaded, “Just love each other. Help each other out..I love you guys and I hope you needed to hear that. If you need to hear that, I love you, and I want you to go and hug somebody else that you love and tell them you love them Pick them up, make them feel special. God bless you guys, I love you, good night.”
