Carrie Underwood Wrapped Up Her Las Vegas Residency, Reflection
On Saturday, April 12, Carrie Underwood closed her historic Las Vegas residency after three years. Performing 72 total shows, Underwood now holds the record as the longest-running Las Vegas residency for a solo female country music artist.
Reflecting on her record-setting residency, Underwood shared several photos from her last show on social media and wrote, “#Reflection has been such an incredible experience! Thanks to each and every one of you who came to see it and thanks to all the band/crew/performers who made it so spectacular! This show will always have a special place in my heart! On to the next chapter!”

During The Penultimate Show, Carrie Reveals She Suffered A Wardrobe Malfunction
The “Before He Cheats” singer has celebrated nearly every show on social media, and her second-to-last show was no different, except that she revealed a wardrobe malfunction!
“Last night was epic…wardrobe malfunctions and all,” she wrote. “Nothing like being stuck out on stage with your booty on display! That’s what makes a live show fun…the unpredictability! One thing I CAN always predict, though, is how awesome the crowd is going to be!”

She did not post a photo of her wardrobe malfunction, but fans in the audience did post videos of her dealing with it during the show and talking about it later.
TikTok user @ohheyimjk shared a video of Underwood performing her song “Denim and Rhinestones” and wrote, “Carrie Underwood handles a wardrobe malfunction like a pro that you probably didn’t even notice.”
The accompanying caption read, “She handled this so well that you hardly notice. I noticed the dance was a little off but didn’t know why until she talked about it during cry pretty. Carrie Underwood handled it like a pro!”
The video shows Underwood looking like she is holding up her top while singing and dancing. She did bump into one of her dancers, which doesn’t usually happen, so eagle-eyed fans knew something was up!

Three songs later, Underwood sang her hit song “Cry Pretty,” and during the “glory note,” Underwood told the crowd that she had a wardrobe malfunction. In the middle of the song, she said:
“Y’all want to hear a funny story? This is kind of embarrassing, but I was laughing and I want you to laugh too, so I’m going to embarrass myself. The last act, the zipper on the back of the little thing I was wearing — whoop! So I was laughing and running into people and I could not turn around. And I’m really sorry you guys had to stare at my booty for like two songs!”
