Garth Brooks is set to expand his performances in Orlando, Florida, adding a third show to his Blame It All On My Roots Tour.
On Thursday, September 10, Brooks announced an additional matinee concert scheduled for Sunday, September 27, joining two previously sold-out shows on September 25 and 26. The rapid sell-out of the initial concerts prompted Brooks to respond enthusiastically, stating, “Orlando, we heard you!”
Tickets for the new matinee performance will become available on Wednesday, September 16, starting at 10 AM ET through Ticketmaster.
Brooks Continues Expanding His Tour
Just a day before confirming the Orlando show, Brooks unveiled Salt Lake City, Utah, as the next destination in the tour. The Blame It All On My Roots Tour commenced with four performances in Indianapolis in late August, followed by a weekend in Denver, which included an unexpected appearance at the Grizzly Rose club as his alter ego, Yukon Jack.
Upcoming shows feature a lengthy stay in Chicago, where four performances are slated, including a matinee. Additionally, Washington, D.C., is on the tour itinerary, with further stops expected to be announced soon.
Reflecting on a Legacy
The 2026 rendition of the Blame It All On My Roots Tour is a nod to Brooks’ groundbreaking World Tour that kicked off in March 1996, marking his last tour before a hiatus in 2001. That tour became one of the most successful of the decade, characterized by historical attendance records and sold-out venues spanning North America and beyond.
A memorable feature returning to the stage is the Drum Pod, a striking structure made of plexiglass and aluminum that encased the drummer during performances. Originally showcased in the late-’90s tour, the Drum Pod will again be a focal point in the current tour, highlighted in the teaser for the 2026 event.
For fans eager to experience Brooks’ live performances, the tour promises a mix of nostalgia and new energy, further solidifying his status in the country music landscape.
