The NHL WAG has been in beast mode for quite some time, managing to stay in shape with two children while balancing a career.
“Don’t work out to lose weight. Treat your body right in order to be healthy. When people talk about deprivation diets and all the things they can’t have, that messes with your mind. You don’t want to be like, ‘I can’t do this, I can’t eat that.’ Focusing on all the good, healthy, yummy things you can have and can do, it’s so much healthier than thinking about workouts as a punishment.”
Now that is some great advice from Carrie Underwood with Shape, to all the moms out there trying to change up their routines. The NHL WAG has been in beast mode for quite some time, managing to stay in shape with two children while balancing a career constantly on the road at the same time.
We’ll take a look at some motivational photos showing Carrie putting in the work, pics feature candid shots along with workouts alongside her man Mike Fisher, and even her kids!
Here are 14 photos of Carrie Underwood that’ll make you want to hit the gym. Enjoy!
While fitness and training are huge factors in how Carrie is able to maintain such a toned body, don’t let that fool you into thinking it’s her primary focus; it’s not, as her diet plays an equally huge part (if not more). Underwood is constantly tracking her daily carbs, fats and proteins, but that doesn’t mean she won’t allow herself to have a little treat, which happens to be a glass of red wine.
Stretching With Her Boys
This is truly mom goals at its finest, as Underwood works a sweat alongside her boys.
She did admit that the workouts are a little slower paced when they’re around by the fun level surely going up a couple of notches, “My boys make work outs fun and a bit less productive, but that’s ok.”
While Carrie Underwood might be known for her toned legs, there’s no way she ever forgets about her core when she’s training. According to her trainer, Underwood’s ab workout requires little to no weights and could be performed at home. It’s a 5-part circuit which targets every muscle in the core area.
We’d never guess Carrie gave birth to two children when looking at the photo above. As we previously mentioned, Carrie is someone who enjoys following strict guidelines when it comes to her lifestyle, and one of the things she credits to helping her structure is her Fitbit. The country music star has admitted that she has not taken it off in over three years.

I’m going to be honest, “bouncing back” after having Jacob has been much more difficult than after I had Isaiah and I’ve been pretty hard on myself lately. I go into the gym and I can’t run as fast or as far. I can’t lift as much weight or do as many reps as I could a year ago. I just want to feel like myself again…for my body to feel the way that I know it can. As I was working out today, I realized that for the past 11(ish) months, my body has not belonged to me. It was a perfect home for Jacob. And even now it belongs to him every time he drinks his milk. As I prepare for red carpets and for life on tour, right now I make a promise to myself to start appreciating what my body CAN do and stop focusing on what it can’t. I promise to stop analyzing every angle and every curve and every pound and every meal. I’m going to keep staying the path because it is a journey and as long as I’m always working towards my goals, one day I’ll reach them. I’m going to take it day by day, smile at the girl in the mirror, and work out because I love this body and all it has done and will continue to do! #bodyafterbaby #fitmom #healthy #staythepath @caliabycarrie

She shared some awesome words via IG, discussing the difficulties in bouncing back at the gym following a pregnancy. We have nothing but respect for her dedication and hustle.
